Situated on the hills above Béziers, at the foot of the Montagne Noire on the sides of the Orb and Vernazobres rivers.
GRAPE VARIETY: Syrah, Grenache Noir, Mourvèdre, Lladoner Pelut, Carignan and Cinsault
TASTING: Well structured, powerful ruby-red wines with aromas of red fruits and spices.
Served at about 15° C with grilled meats, game, sauce dishes, barbecues and cheeses.
